Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro Airport

“Not quite the same as most Hilton's, so I was a bit disappointed. Had to pay for breakfast. No actual restaurant. Couldn't get into my room until close to 5pm. Check in is at 3pm. On the morning of checking out, they had run out of coffee by 7:45 and there were 2 big urns.”

“This Hilton Property was comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning in the room was robust, the beds were fine and the staff the next morning at the breakfast were polite and accommodating. No breakfast buffet option was offered on Sunday morning. Our breakfast had to be ordered from a single page breakfast menu. I discovered after check-out my Diamond MyWay benefit of a daily credit was not applied to final bill but was applied after I contacted the hotel via email. Thank you. My disappointment during the stay was discovering (after booking - I hadn't read the fine print) the lack of an airport shuttle during my stay for both getting to the hotel and returning to the airport the following morning. This hotel’s Complimentary Airport Shuttle service only operates Monday-Friday between 4am-10pm. No weekend or late night runs to/from the GSO Terminal! Guests arriving/departing from GSO Airport will not be provided with the complimentary airport shuttle service if their ETA/ETD falls outside this limited schedule and will need to facilitate their own transport to the hotel. I arrived into Greensboro Airport on Saturday night and picked up a rental car Sunday morning at the airport terminal. Thus, I was forced to use a taxi service (~$20 each way) to get to and from Hilton Garden Inn for my stay. A nice property, but might want to consider removing “Greensboro Airport” from the hotel title if unable to provide a 24/7 airport shuttle service to guests arriving/departing by air.”

“Stopped to stay overnight while traveling. Rooms were VERY clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food from the grill was very yummy - traveling with a group and tried multiple items which were all great. Most definitely would return when traveling through town!”
